**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Supervisor** to join our team in the Fashion Industry. As a **Supervisor**, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our on-site services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and report team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback to team members to improve their performance and motivation.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to identify and select top talent.
  • Organize and optimize shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and report to management.

**Requirements**

  • Proficient in Spanish and advanced level of English.
  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications.
  • Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to implement and manage change.
