Position Overview

TechStyle Fashion Group is a leading global provider of integrated operations and services for some of the most rapidly expanding online fashion brands, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Merchandising Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a keen interest in fashion and exhibit strong organizational skills, creativity, and a desire to learn in order to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand goals and messaging.
  • Aid in the creation and refinement of website content and resources to improve the online shopping journey.
  • Support monthly photo shoots for brand promotional activities.
  • Help execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches to enhance customer interaction and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by testing and reporting any issues encountered.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain insights into e-commerce fundamentals, including key performance indicators (KPIs), customer experience, and retention strategies.
  • Understand the basics of digital merchandising management.
  • Experience cross-departmental collaboration with teams such as CRM, Social Media, Studio, and Creative.
  • Develop skills in creating engaging and inspirational brand content.
  • Learn about digital content and product management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, adaptability, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for fashion and awareness of current industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is advantageous.
