Job Summary:

The Senior SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services to our outsourced clients in Spain. This role will involve providing application support consultancy, identifying and managing SAP notes, and generating error-free implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services to clients in Spain
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP notes
  • Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing
  • Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data
  • Provide documentation on issues handled
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets
  • Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing Team Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
  • Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
