Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in Madrid and Seville. Our compensation package includes a flexible remuneration program with tax benefits up to 30% of your annual pay, supporting work-life balance.

Job Description

We seek an experienced Green Energy Acquisition Specialist to manage our supplier prequalification process, coordinating closely with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders for EPC subcontractors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Conducting accurate analyses and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants during tender processes and contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge to obtain rates from suppliers for project cost estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, project management, or subcontractor management, showcasing expertise in working with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish, with additional European languages advantageous.
