Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Improve Site Performance: You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop plans to enhance processes, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Programs: You will design and execute training sessions, workshops, and other initiatives to promote a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
- Analyze Safety Metrics and Trends: You will examine safety data to identify areas of high risk and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a proactive approach to safety management.
- Conduct Audits and Implement Solutions: You will conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and regulations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
A Day in the Life:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to improve safety and efficiency. You will also collaborate with employees to understand their concerns and develop targeted training programs to address their needs.
Requirements:
