About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/HR Support to join our dynamic team at Babel Profiles S.L. in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
  • Support company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and IT setup.
  • Act as the point of contact for "Gestoria".
  • Assist in benefits administration, time tracking, and employee relations.
  • Prepare reports, manage calendars, and organize internal communications.
  • Help coordinate external communication with vendors and partners.
  • Support on finance and reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office management, HR support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive energy and a team player mindset.
  • Spanish and English at full professional level.
