- Training new team members on software construction, operation, security, and integration with the bigger picture.
- Recruiting and interviewing for the team, and mentoring and helping others.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Experience in professional software development, including designing or architecting new and existing systems.
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
