Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Specialist Technician to join our team at Trivium Packaging. As a Labour Specialist Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing HR administrative processes in accordance with collective agreements, legislation, and the Group's internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor HR and payroll information of employees.
  • Implement HR processes in a reliable and timely manner.
  • Propose corrective measures to simplify the process and make it more reliable.
  • Discuss and advise employees and/or managers on various payroll and HR-related issues.
  • Inform the HR manager of any anomalies or dysfunctions detected.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP, SuccessFactor, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of labour law.
  • Knowledge of payroll techniques.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years.
  • High level of English, fluency in communicating and performing your job in English.
