Purpose of the Position
The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing HR administrative processes in accordance with collective agreements, legislation, and the Group's internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor HR and payroll information of employees.
- Implement HR processes in a reliable and timely manner.
- Propose corrective measures to simplify the process and make it more reliable.
- Discuss and advise employees and/or managers on various payroll and HR-related issues.
- Inform the HR manager of any anomalies or dysfunctions detected.
Requirements
- Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP, SuccessFactor, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of labour law.
- Knowledge of payroll techniques.
- Previous experience of 3-5 years.
- High level of English, fluency in communicating and performing the job in English.
