Senior Social Media Executive

We are seeking an experienced social media professional to join our dynamic digital team at Inspired Education Group. As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for implementing impactful organic social and content marketing campaigns across our schools in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic social media plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and enrolment in the education sector in Spain.
- Collaborate with central and regional social executives to execute best-in-class organic social strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for the business, measuring their impact and identifying potential revenue streams.
- Implement innovative approaches to enhance organic social media presence and work with school leadership teams to ensure social media efforts align with their priorities.
- Report on KPIs, including metrics that evaluate brand awareness, ROI, and retention, and share regular social and content best practice updates with the marketing business units.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media, ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
- Experience managing social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to edit and produce social content using Canva, Capcut, and Emplifi.
- Experience in creating content and managing output.
- Knowledge of scheduling and reporting using social media tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyse social stats via social media reporting tools.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and great attention to detail.
