Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our rapidly growing digital team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing impactful organic social and content marketing campaigns across our schools in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our central and regional social media teams to execute best-in-class organic social strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for the business, measuring their impact and providing actionable insights.
  • Implement innovative approaches to enhance our organic social media presence and identify potential revenue streams through emerging social products.
  • Work closely with school leadership teams to ensure social media efforts align with their priorities and provide regular social and content best practice updates to the marketing business units.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media, ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
  • Experience managing social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to edit and produce social content using Canva, Capcut, and Emplifi.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • A willingness to learn and great attention to detail.
