Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced social media professional to join our rapidly growing digital team at Inspired Education Group. As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for implementing impactful organic social and content marketing campaigns across our schools in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and enrolment in the education sector in Spain.
  • Collaborate with central and regional social executives to execute best-in-class organic social strategies and optimize social media performance.
  • Build and develop a centre of excellence to champion social media across 14 schools in Spain and ensure all schools have in place robust, progressive, and effective social media strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for the business and measure their impact.
  • Implement innovative approaches to enhance organic social media presence and identify potential revenue streams for the business through emerging social products.
  • Work with school leadership teams to ensure social media efforts align with their priorities and identify ways to improve the overall social strategy.
  • Manage social campaign performance and report on key metrics, including brand awareness, ROI, and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media, ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
  • Experience managing social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to edit and produce social content using Canva, Capcut, and Emplifi.
  • Experience in creating content and managing output.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and reporting using social media tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social stats via social media reporting tools.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and great attention to detail.
