We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing
You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services. This will involve identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and optimization of real estate-related procurement activities.
Project ManagementLeading real estate projects from business request through office selection, contract negotiation to office move-in in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers will fall under your responsibility.
Relationship ManagementYou will evaluate, select, and manage relationships with real estate service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
Compliance and Risk ManagementCollaborating with our local office leads, legal and finance teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards will be essential.
Budgeting and Financial ManagementYou will work closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets related to real estate expenditures.
Staying Up-to-DateBy staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate procurement, you will be equipped to navigate real estate sourcing activities.
Risk MitigationYou will play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with real estate transactions and contracts.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, strategic sourcing and procurement supply chain, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
