About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE) team as a Relationship Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the relationship between GREWE and senior leaders within the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, business development, and strategic partnership management. They will be responsible for ensuring that real estate solutions are developed from medium and long-range strategies, reviewed and approved by Amex leadership, and implemented by the real estate functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director, Relationship Leader & Strategist EMEA in planning and obtaining BU consensus on Workplace and Real Estate strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, focusing on engagement with other functional and delivery leads.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Experience teams, Occupancy Planners, Facilities managers, and other CBRE teams to evaluate potential real estate initiatives.
  • Deliver change management programs through 3rd party providers around relocations, renovations, and GREWE initiatives.
  • Implement workplace strategies as Amex continues to evolve Amex Flex.
  • Meet with key stakeholders throughout the business on a regular basis providing updates on real estate initiatives.
  • Provide key stakeholders in the business with information around workplace strategy, occupancy, and real estate investments/initiatives.
  • Work with external consultants and contractors to meet real estate goals.
