Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Microsoft Security team in Barcelona or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in Microsoft Security
Build and manage a pipeline of deals within our CRM system
Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity and tracking performance of promotional activities
Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in Security sales scope
IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition
Proficiency level of English and Spanish
Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage
Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills
Degree in a business-related subject is desirable
Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure
Availability to do periodic visits to clients
