About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced O2C Purchase Order Management Team Leader to join our team at PageGroup Barcelona Shared Service Centre. As a key member of our O2C organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of O2C Specialists responsible for Non-Standard processes in the O2C organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to ensure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLA's, client requirements, and business priorities.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams your team is supporting.
  • Point of contact for Finance Business Partners on O2C Accounting processes.
  • Preparation and validation of the KPIs.
  • First level escalation for any issues raised by team members.
  • Participate in the improvement processes to increase team efficiency.
  • Close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Finance Directors.
  • Other ad-hoc accounting activities.
Requirements
  • High level of English is required, French is a plus.
  • Administrative degree or equivalent.
  • Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.
  • Attention for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior Experience in similar position.
  • Strong Excel Skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
