Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant for Public Relations and Media will provide exceptional support to the PR & Media department, focusing on administrative tasks, communications, and media management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for public relations and media.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Register new vendors, create purchase orders, and process good receipts for publicity and communications in our target countries.
  2. Travel Coordination: Manage trips for journalists, influencers, and celebrities, including logistics and arrangements for hotels, restaurants, and experiences.
  3. Showroom Management: Add and remove products from the showroom as needed.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee LVMH invoices and orders with Cergy.
  5. Media Planning: Maintain the media plan for our target countries in iMedia, ensuring both support and investment are up to date.
  6. Office Administration: Manage supply functions, messaging, and other office-related tasks.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in PR & Media and/or office administration in a retail or luxury environment.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Deadline-oriented and detail-focused.

- Team player with a strong work ethic.

- Eligible for a 6-month contract (extendable up to a year).
