Assisting the Public Relations Division in various initiatives, building strong connections with media representatives, and managing administrative responsibilities as required.
Primary Duties
- Regular monitoring of media coverage and compilation of press summaries
- Reporting on premieres and media coverage for each film project
- Overseeing the virtual press room management
- Organizing and coordinating press screenings
- Facilitating the distribution of press materials
- Maintaining relationships with vendors
- Collaborating with the Public Relations Coordinator to execute the online communication strategy and manage social media
- Assisting the department in media relations, screenings, press conferences, material organization, events, and visits
- Providing administrative support to the Public Relations Manager
- Contributing to various marketing department initiatives
- Tracking invoices and managing the SAP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing
- Familiarity with the Spanish media landscape
- Proficient in English
- Passion for and knowledge of the film industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of internet and social media platforms
- Full-time availability
- Proactive, communicative, and a collaborative team member
- Creative with exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Recent graduates (within the last 3 years) are encouraged to apply
