About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Accountant to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the People & Compensation teams to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
  • Own all things payroll accounting related, including posting global payroll journals, calculating and booking vacation and corporate bonus accruals, and reconciling global payroll related GL accounts.
  • Provide flux analysis on all payroll related accounts and work with HR on quarterly one-time payment accruals.
  • Closely partner with HR and payroll for process improvements, researching items, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-8 years accounting experience, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Solid skill set in general ledger and sub-ledger accounting.
  • Experience with Workday Financials a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
