Senior Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Accountant to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and financial reporting.
Your MissionYou will own all things payroll accounting related, including:
- Posting global payroll journals
- Calculating and booking vacation and corporate bonus accruals
- Reconciling global payroll related GL accounts
- Providing flux analysis on all payroll related accounts
- Working with HR on quarterly one-time payment accruals
- Closely partnering with HR and payroll for process improvements, researching items, etc.
You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our payroll operations.
You AreYou are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. You are adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritizing your workload and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5-8 years accounting experience, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
Solid skill set in general ledger and sub-ledger accounting
Experience with Workday Financials a plus
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
