About the Role

Bunge Iberica is seeking an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our Global HRIS team in the Business Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing/integrating SuccessFactors and peripheral HR solutions to meet user and business stakeholders requirements.
  • Plan, direct, and complete analysis of programs to support business requirements and act as a key player in the Global BT Lead for HR Operations.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies to enhance processes, remove redundancies, or manual work by bringing automation where possible.
  • Support and coordinate data migrations with HR stakeholders, ensuring strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in processing HR data.
  • Write, update documentation for system administration, and support developing manager and employee training.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical language into non-technical language according to the audience.
  • Autonomous in order to drive, assess, propose, and lead solutions with stakeholders.
