Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our Global HRIS team in the Business Technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing/integrating SuccessFactors and peripheral HR solutions to meet user and business stakeholders' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects in the functional area of HRIS.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies to enhance processes, remove redundancies, or manual work by bringing automation where possible.
  • Support and coordinate data migrations with HR stakeholders.
  • Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in processing HR data.
  • Write, update documentation for system administration, and support developing manager and employee training.
  • Appropriately identify and escalate risks and issues.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Autonomous in order to drive, assess, propose, and lead solutions with stakeholders.
  • Translates technical language into non-technical according to the audience.
