SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our Global HRIS team in the Business Technology organization. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for providing functional assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing/integrating SuccessFactors and peripheral HR solutions to meet user and business stakeholders' requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
- Manage small to mid-size projects in the functional area of HRIS, collaborating with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies that enhance processes, remove redundancies, and automate manual work.
- Partner with regional/global HR operations leaders to drive, assess, propose, and lead solutions that meet business needs.
- Support and coordinate data migrations with HR stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Write, update documentation for system administration, and support developing manager and employee training, translating technical language into non-technical terms for various audiences.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation in driving solutions with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing international SuccessFactors projects to successful completion, with knowledge of principles and practices of Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use various approaches to collaborate with and influence functional counterparts, supplier partners, contract resources, and IT peers.
- Ability to work with a global perspective, understanding the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- SAP SuccessFactors professional certification is preferred, along with technical understanding of other HR systems such as payroll, time systems, file management, digital signature, or reporting tools.
- Integration technology and architecture knowledge (Boomi/Integration Center/CPI) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure, data, and processes, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of GDPR, LGPD, and other data regulations.
- English language proficiency at an advanced level.
