Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager who possesses a passion for technology, leadership, and project management. This role is crucial for guiding a talented team towards achieving excellence in software development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a team dedicated to the design, development, and upkeep of our platform.
  • Mentor and support engineers to enhance their skills and maintain high levels of engagement.
  • Drive decisions regarding technology, streamline processes, and uphold engineering standards.
  • Oversee the successful execution of software projects, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize product and business objectives.
  • Establish methodologies that promote operational excellence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data governance and accuracy for our business model.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and development of exceptional talent in the region.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
  • Extensive background in Software Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success as a technology leader with experience in scaling technical teams.
  • Ability to manage client incidents, understanding the technical implications of decisions.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing in cloud environments.
  • Experience with distributed systems and APIs.
  • Proficiency in Java or similar programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, large-scale environment.
