Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Head of Plant at Bright Horizons. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, managing workflows, and preparing presentations to communicate key topics to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Operations to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows and drumbeat milestones/commitments to ensure resolution on time.
- Prepare presentations to manage communication of key topics with stakeholders, from blue-collar workers to executive management.
- Contribute to managing the agenda and prioritizing emails for the Head of Ops and Plant.
- Support the organization and preparation of meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Collaborate in coordinating travel arrangements and supporting the Operations team at Bright Horizons on general administration and logistics.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- Fluency in English and French.
