**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at Alstom in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our Rolling Stock, Signalling, and Power systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and resolve engineering technical issues and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and attend contractual failures meetings
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and maintenance instructions
  • Review and update maintenance, reliability, and overhaul documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a technical expert and develop expertise in selected fields
  • Propose and implement the insertion of technology to improve maintenance efficiency
  • Develop local repair capabilities and demonstrate business cases for maintenance localization
  • Support the optimization of maintenance schedules and casualty repair procedures

**Requirements**

  • Recognized engineering qualification
  • High-level Spanish and technical-level English language skills
  • Coordination and management ability
  • Experience in RS Warranty and knowledge of railway systems
  • Previous LCC experience and understanding of railway maintenance requirements and costs
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience
