Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including monthly Rolling Forecasts and annual Budgets
- Provide financial guidance and support to the local site manager and management team
- Manufacturing Controlling
- Implement and improve manufacturing controlling processes, focusing on hourly rates, utilization, absorption, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with local site management to develop and implement site strategies, including CAPEX, OPEX, and NWC activities
- Provide financial expertise and support to local management teams
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit financial reports to headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Strong controlling profile with international experience
- Experience in standard costing and SAP/MS Excel expertise
- Ability to manage a team in a high-performance organization
- Strong analytical mind-set and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
