Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at Dxc Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management and optimization, with a proven track record of executing business process transactions with accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members to execute business process transactions and improve process efficiency.
  • Assist in process improvement projects and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Support the team in maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with established quality and procedural guidelines.
  • Contribute to updating and documenting process procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with the team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in business process management and optimization.
  • Proven experience in business process transactions and process improvement.
  • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization, as well as a continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
