The EUC Onsite Support Engineer at SkySys will provide high-quality technical support for End User Computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobility solutions, for office-based staff. This role involves leading on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests to achieve high standards of customer service and deliver operational and business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for all EUC devices, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
❖ Incident Management: Lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
❖ IT Tools: Utilize IT tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Service NOW to manage and resolve technical issues.
❖ Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including IT teams and business partners, to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
❖ Teamwork: Collaborate with server and networking teams to ensure a comprehensive support service.
❖ IMAC Activity: Perform end-to-end IMAC activities, including packaging, unpacking, accepting, and delivering client service assets, with proper updates to inventory databases.
❖ Mobile Device Support: Support mobile devices, including configuration and troubleshooting of iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
❖ Problem-Solving: Investigate, diagnose, resolve, and recover from hardware and software problems, escalating to vendors when necessary.
❖ User Ownership: Maintain overall ownership of user issues and services, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
