Senior Process Management, Demand Planner

Kion Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Management, Demand Planner to join our Global Integrated Business Process (IBP) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our integrated process plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global sales leaders to assess incoming order intake demand and identify mitigation strategies.
  • Develop demand forecasts and operational capacity forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation/disaggregation for various time horizons.
  • Analyze historical sales, execution trends, and financial projections to provide accurate demand forecasts.
  • Research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and develop statistical forecast models.
  • Lead the monthly Demand meeting and participate in the S&OP monthly process.
  • Create and analyze monthly KPIs and conduct root cause analyses to drive improvement.
