About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing support processes for the Human Resources area, including personnel administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, occupational risk prevention management, and reporting and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage personnel administration, including communication of payroll incidents, review of documentation, and coordination with the financial department.
  2. Lead recruitment and selection efforts, defining positions, publishing job postings, and conducting interviews.
  3. Organize training activities, training sessions, and communicate courses to providers for bonus with Fundae.
  4. Coordinate and manage the annual benefits plan of employees.
  5. Manage occupational risk prevention through the External Prevention Service.
  6. Ensure accurate reporting and HR systems.
  7. Develop and implement internal communication strategies, including the edition of a monthly newsletter and communication campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR area and/or accredited training.
  2. High knowledge in the area of compensation and benefits.
  3. Strategic vision, accustomed to high levels of interlocution, collaborator, good worker in team, empathetic, and generator of ideas and solutions.
  4. High level of English, oral and written (essential requirement).
  5. Medium-high level of Portuguese (desirable).
