**Job Summary**

Unit4 is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, managing deal pipelines, and executing transactions that align with our strategic priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and assess potential acquisition targets, evaluating their strategic fit and financial viability.
  • Pipeline Development and Management: Manage company deal databases, including target tracking and development.
  • Deal Execution: Provide execution support across all phases of the transaction process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence, to evaluate potential acquisitions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between acquisition strategies and business objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Support the preparation of detailed due diligence reports and investment cases.
  • Business Development: Build and grow relationships with bankers and other external parties to support business development efforts.
  • M&A Strategy Development: Support the formulation and execution of Unit4's M&A strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, and/or management consulting.
  • Advanced financial analysis skills, including valuation methodologies and Excel modeling.
