About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team at UPS United Parcel Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and retaining major accounts in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and improve existing relationships
  • Present and negotiate proposals with clients, emphasizing the value of our logistics solutions and expertise
  • Secure client commitment for projects and monitor and address changing client needs
  • Resolve client issues with operations and maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to initiate and develop internal and external relationships
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and workload management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage complex activities
  • Open to changing targets, results-oriented
  • Driving license
  • Willing to travel
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
