We are a leading financial services company with a presence in the market for over 40 years.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving recruitment excellence and strategic talent sourcing.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster business growth in your area of responsibility, supporting expansion in Spain.
- Design and implement a commercial plan tailored to your reference market, aiming to achieve expected results.
- Plan all activities and commercial actions to achieve objectives.
- Participate in follow-up and documentation activities after acquisition, providing support to other areas of the company for operation approval and development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree.
- 3-5 years or more of experience in business development and B2B banking or financial services, credit management industry.
- Experience in factoring or financial services public administration is a plus.
