Clinical Trial Operations Manager

Pharmiweb is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Operations Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Trial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, and maintaining project-specific status reports.
Key Responsibilities- Global Study Activities: Collaborate with project coordinators and clinical trial managers to ensure seamless execution of global study activities.
- Task Management: Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Project Reporting: Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within our clinical trial management system.
- Team Collaboration: Interact with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system.
- Study Supplies Management: Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
- Project Timelines: Create and maintain project timelines.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
- PhD in Life Sciences: A PhD in Life Sciences is required for this role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English with solid presentation skills is essential.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required.
