About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of Onboard & Urban Signalling projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project execution from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract/Program Charter requirements.
  • Lead a Project Team, including Core Team and external partners, in line with the project structure.
  • Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including proactive risk and opportunity management.
  • Ensure completion of Project/Program Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • High level of English is a must. French or other language is an asset.
  • Previous experience of 5 years of relevant Project Management experience. Desirable career experience in Railways and good knowledge of railway products and systems.
  • Recognized project management qualification will be a plus.
