Job Title: SAP Test Analyst

Job Summary:

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Functional Test Analyst with expertise in SAP, CRM, and integrated systems to support the preparation and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Preparation: Collaborate with business analysts to review test scenarios for SIT and UAT, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance of integrated systems.
  • Review and Update Test Plans: Review and update detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Test Environment Readiness: Check readiness of test environments, ensuring availability of all necessary data and systems for testing.
  • Test Execution: Monitor and support execution of functional test cases and scripts, ensuring that test results and defects are correctly recorded.
  • Defect Management: Work closely with testers to ensure defects are documented clearly and understood for timely resolution.
  • Communication: Regularly liaise with Test managers, developers, and business analysts to provide updates on test progress and issues.
  • Reporting: Support in routing tickets raised by testers correctly and support with daily test reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP and CRM systems.
  • System Integration Testing: In-depth knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Proficiency in creating and executing functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Test Management Tools: Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).
  • SAP Modules: Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) and integration points with other systems.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented.
