Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Functional Test Analyst with expertise in SAP, CRM, and integrated systems to support the preparation and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Amaris Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Test Preparation:

  • Collaborate with business analysts to review test scenarios for SIT and UAT.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to review test scripts for SIT and UAT.
  • Review and update detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Check readiness of test environments, ensuring availability of all necessary data and systems for testing.

Test Execution:

  • Monitor and support execution of functional test cases and scripts, ensuring that test results and defects are correctly recorded.
  • Work closely with testers to ensure defects are documented clearly and understood for timely resolution.
  • Regularly liaise with Test managers, developers, and business analysts to provide updates on test progress and issues.
  • Support in routing tickets raised by testers correctly.
  • Support with daily test reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications

Proven Experience:

Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP and CRM systems.

Methodologies and Tools:

In-depth knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.

Proficiency in creating and executing functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).

SAP Expertise:

Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) and integration points with other systems.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly detail-oriented.
