About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Node Developer to join our team at Multiplica Talent. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality backend services using Node.js
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure software is designed and implemented according to best practices and standards
  • Implement and maintain database structures and optimize queries for performance
  • Create technical documentation and implement APIs
  • Enforce strong security practices and ensure protection against vulnerabilities
  • Perform maintenance, updates, and enhancements in the code
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality of the product and compliance with client requests
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Experience in designing and developing APIs
  • Experience in CI/CD, database, and Git
  • Strong development best practices
  • Strong attention to documented code, tests, and continuous integration
