About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects, including roadmap planning, resource planning, stakeholder management, and project execution. You will work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and launch of new features for Amazon's Spain retail websites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale.
- Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management on a daily basis.
- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
- Work with engineers and infrastructure partners to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.

- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific data.
