Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Enterprise Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven strategies and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage a High-Performing Team

Lead a team of 25+ employees, including 3 Team Leads, to ensure high performance and morale. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Develop and Execute Local CS Enterprise Strategy

Collaborate with the Head of CS to develop and execute a local CS enterprise strategy in Spain, aligning with the company's global objectives. Set SMART objectives and ensure all monthly targets are achieved.

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making

Conduct thorough data analysis to understand customer behavior, identify churn risks, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth. Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling across all Docplanner products.

Provide Strategic Insights and Recommendations

Engage with Senior Management and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Support Quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting

Contribute to the quarterly budgeting and forecasting process, focusing on headcount, Customer Success revenue, and churn management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Customer Success

Proven experience in Customer Success, with a strong focus on data analysis and business growth.

Exceptional Data Analysis and Leadership Skills

Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, graphs, pivot tables, and data visualization. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Advanced English Proficiency

Advanced English proficiency (C2 level) is required, as we work in a global environment.
