Descripción del Puesto:

Synergie ETT busca un profesional con experiencia en gestión de pedidos y trámites internacionales para unirse a nuestro equipo en la planta de Molins de Rei. El candidato ideal tendrá un alto nivel de conocimientos en logística de comercio internacional, incluyendo Incoterms, trámites de cobro internacional L/C, trámites internacionales y aduaneros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y registrar pedidos (EDI, pedidos manuales, pedidos personalizados, PO a Sarel, factura proforma).
  • Asegurar el flujo de información (tiempos de entrega, demoras, urgencias, disponibilidades, solicitud logística, solicitud de material).
  • Mantener actualizado el archivo de trámites del cliente.
  • Cerrar y archivar los expedientes con toda la información requerida.
  • Seguimiento diario del backlog para asegurar la correcta gestión de los pedidos y envíos.
  • Gestionar y preparar toda la documentación requerida (Factura, PKL, CO, B/L, AWB, EUR1, doble uso, inspecciones, Formulario M).
  • Gestión y coordinación de riesgos financieros de L/C.
  • Cotizaciones de fletes aéreos y couriers, facturación de costos de transporte, agenda de clientes, temas de transporte, salidas de embarcaciones, etc.
  • Gestionar las ofertas personalizadas solicitadas con el departamento de P&S; y enviar las ofertas al cliente.
  • Procesar los CR's de BFO, gestionar quejas de SAP: nota de crédito o factura, pilotar las devoluciones.
  • Seguimiento diario de KPI's y análisis de backlog, análisis de informes BFO.

Requisitos:

  • Idioma inglés fluido y español.
  • Conocimiento técnico del producto.
  • SAP - Comercial y logística.
  • BFO, Excel, Word, PPT.
