The Desigual CRM Loyalty team is seeking a trainee with or without previous experience to support the relaunch of our loyalty program and create an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the CRM loyalty team with daily activities to engage and activate loyalty program members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including adhesion score, engagement, conversion, etc. for the global loyalty program.
- Set up push notifications campaigns in our new communication channel.
- Collaborate with the CRM loyalty team to plan and execute loyalty experiences and special activations.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations on loyalty activity.
- Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement loyalty campaigns.
- Work with the emailing team to set up new loyalty emails.
- Contribute ideas to enrich the loyalty program.
- Ability to sign a full-time internship agreement with your university or school.
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and excellent writing skills.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and cooperativeness.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
