The Desigual CRM Loyalty team is seeking a trainee with or without previous experience to support the relaunch of our loyalty program and create an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the CRM loyalty team with daily activities to engage and activate loyalty program members.
  2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including adhesion score, engagement, conversion, etc. for the global loyalty program.
  3. Set up push notifications campaigns in our new communication channel.
  4. Collaborate with the CRM loyalty team to plan and execute loyalty experiences and special activations.
  5. Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations on loyalty activity.
  6. Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to implement loyalty campaigns.
  8. Work with the emailing team to set up new loyalty emails.
  9. Contribute ideas to enrich the loyalty program.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to sign a full-time internship agreement with your university or school.
  2. Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and excellent writing skills.
  3. Good communication and social skills.
  4. Ability to work as a team player.
  5. Creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
  6. Flexibility and cooperativeness.
  7. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
