Key Responsibilities:
Utilize technical knowledge to address application issues involving high risk or complexity.
Tackle single and cross-technology/application incidents independently and collaborate with the team, delivery centers, and other organizational units to resolve complex cases.
Identify, manage, and lead potential escalations and alert management, following established procedures and policies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engagement teams to ensure accurate reflection of customers and their needs.
Assess, enact, and validate complex and high-risk changes/solutions to fulfill customer requirements, participating in a Change Advisory Board.
Supervise configuration management, address issues, and establish methodologies for enhancing operational efficiencies.
Analyze complex business and systems processes, synthesizing closed-loop feedback management to address customer issues effectively.
Apply organizational solutions to fulfill complex customer needs, including innovative service delivery models for new services.
Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of capacity management processes and operational practices, evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes on capacity design and planning.
Lead activities related to damage assessment, coordinate with other recovery teams, make decisions regarding recovery steps, maintain comprehensive records, and furnish reports on recovery status.
Requirements:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Service Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
