The Ritz-Carlton is a renowned luxury hospitality brand seeking an exceptional Marketing Strategy Director to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in marketing strategy development and execution. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue increase
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies
- Maintaining and analyzing reports on individual and team performance
- Negotiating contracts and working with vendors to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in reading and writing English (additional language required for certain positions)
