Join Our Team as a Global Financial Controller Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Financial Controller Sales & Marketing to support our Sales & Marketing leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and insights to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Planning: Consolidate and provide financial analysis of Sales & Marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Financial Presentations: Prepare and support in financial presentations for stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Reporting and Analysis: Continuously standardize, develop, and digitize the reporting and analysis process for Sales & Marketing, with a focus on providing insights upfront.
- Business Initiatives: Consolidate a view and track business initiatives in Sales & Marketing, coordinating with Finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Finance Support: Provide finance support in new business flows, review business cases, and new transactions relating to Sales & Marketing.
- Bonus Calculation: Review and coordinate Sales & Marketing bonus calculation process.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions.
- Cost Center Structure: Own the Sales & Marketing cost center structure and oversee related dimensions and definitions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related area.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical Skills: Self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
- Structured Manner: A structured manner and the ability to make things happen.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborative and team player.
- Technical Skills: Experience from ERP systems, analytical tools, and MS Office.
Reporting and Location:
You will be reporting to the Head of Global Finance Operations and be located in either Gothenburg or Valencia, Spain.
