Overview of the Position

As a Quality Assurance Systems Leader at Albelli Photobox Group, you will be instrumental in nurturing a culture centered on continuous enhancement and a steadfast commitment to quality and occupational health & safety (OH&S) across our diverse manufacturing locations. Collaborating within the Industrial Engineering & Planning sector, you will work closely with local quality assurance, production, process optimization, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the broader Industrial Engineering & Planning and Operations teams to devise and execute quality systems that embody best practices (international travel may be necessary). Foster and sustain robust relationships with Local Quality & Factory Management teams, Project Management Office, Customer Service, and Product Teams to propel the development, execution, and management of initiatives aimed at enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) and overall customer satisfaction. Implement and validate new quality systems/processes, collaborating with data owners and functional managers to assess and report on their effectiveness, adherence to quality systems, and degree of implementation. Oversee the organization-wide QMS implementation within the operations function, from defining the scope to achieving results across multinational sites. Create and execute training plans to promote quality systems initiatives and provide instruction in quality systems methodologies. Mentor, coach, and motivate colleagues, instilling a quality-first mindset. Conduct internal and external audits, documenting and addressing findings in accordance with the QMS. Communicate relevant metrics and project updates to the management team.

Contributing strategically to the future of the organization by driving quality initiatives, developing a robust QMS, and aligning quality objectives with overall business strategies.

Desired Experience and Attributes

Bachelor (BSc) or Master degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. Equivalent extensive experience in a comparable mid/senior quality systems role. Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similar quality standard). Lead auditor (ISO 45001 or similar OH&S standard). Experience in manufacturing or factory settings. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Skills in report/SOP writing and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D. Proficient in data analysis techniques including Pareto, Histogram, and RSD. Familiarity with project management tools such as Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis, and Action plans.

Additional Preferred Experience

Formal qualifications in quality management. Formal qualifications in project management. Formal qualifications in health & safety (NEBOSH). Experience in coaching. Background in print industry, e-commerce, aerospace, automotive, or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in either Spanish, German, or Dutch, both written and spoken. Membership in the Chartered Quality Institute.
