David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a talented Customer Service Representative fluent in German for their Barcelona office.

Job Overview

This exciting opportunity involves handling incoming customer inquiries via various channels, addressing user needs efficiently, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, or automated alerts in a timely manner
  • Record call details in the call management system to ensure timely responses and resolutions within the agreed SLA
  • Stay updated on services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications
  • Escalate any potential service issues to senior team members as needed
  • Adhere to project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual SLA
  • Provide coverage for other agents in their absence, whether within the same team or across different teams
Requirements
  • Native fluency in German, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
  • Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music, and audiovisual products
  • Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
