Operations Team Leader for Satellite Communication Services

GVM has been awarded the contract by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) to design, develop, and deploy the backbone of Europe's critical satellite communications, the GOVSATCOM Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the provision of services to end-users in accordance with service levels or SLAs.
  • Generate reports on service provision, including statistics and incidents.
  • Contribute to the generation of operational procedures in coordination with the GOVSATCOM Hub system development team.
  • Manage the operations team, including selection, training, organization, and daily task distribution.
  • Provide feedback on issues and improvements to the GOVSATCOM Hub system to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Graduates in Telecommunications or similar fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the definition and/or implementation of satellite communication services.
  • Experience and skills in team management.
  • Fluent level of English.
