We're looking for talented graduates to join our Airbus team and help shape the future of sustainable aerospace.

As a Graduate Digital Business Partner, you'll embark on a two-year development journey, focusing on both soft skills and technical ability. You'll work closely with our teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth discovery meetings to understand customer requirements and operational objectives
  • Identifying areas for improvement in business processes and providing digital solutions compliant with our strategy
  • Supporting the Digital Product Manager in product planning and development
  • Producing documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for customers
  • Defining and developing specification documents for stakeholders and product teams
  • Monitoring external business trends to better challenge business requirements
  • Serving as a liaison between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a strategically important area for Airbus and gain a unique perspective on the world of aerospace. Our program includes a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into the role.
